This is me oscillating between retro, vintage and antique.
Repurposed jars - as candle holders and vase, repurposed green wine bottle as vase and repurposed ripped cane mesh from a chair, turned vase by adding a POKAL glass from IKEA.
This is me admiring my latest corner of inspiration:
Lilac from my garden, an IKEA green watering can, an old little cabinet [shabby-chic'd], black cast iron candle holder.
Repurposed: a jar which I used as a glass for ivy, wooden box - painted to look french-chic, a white spent light bulb.
Crafts: paper stars and magazine curls - I lost the link where I saw how to make them, but I'm working on recovering it. Made these for Christmas, so I can't remember, either.
Here I present some "repurposed" present (gift) ideas for your friends: the 3.5" five-pack version for the hip & young and the 5.25" version for the grown-up and truly nostalgic.
It's late autumn and my city hasn't seen a drop of rain all season. I wonder what winter brings. In the meantime, try and dehidrate apple slices - delicious!

This is me thinking I'm fortunate to live in the same country as she does,
