Repurposing: Berzelius glass turned sustainable to-go cup/mug

Pictured above is a travel mug made by bringing together a chemist's Berzelius glass and a "Mini" sleeve from MugToGo. They say their sleeves are biodegradable and the ones I have look biodegradable to me. Berzelius glasses are heat resistant and somewhat shock resistant too.
So here it is - a way of having a "repurposed" travel cup.

Apart from that - you can repurpose this type of chemist's glass by integrating it into decor [view examples below]

From my heart: just add coffee

This is me thinking:
Breakfast is important. Make something sweet. Add fruit. Add coffee
Then read some blogs, heart some pics, and don't forget books. Real ones. Add coffee
Bake a cake. Add coffee
Take your bike out in town. Find a bakery. Sit and chat. Add coffee
Organize and clean your work space. Work. Add coffee
Take a break, have an ice-cream. Add coffee
Dream of a decadent chocolate cake. Add coffee
Think of ways to improve your home. Add coffee
Meet friends in the evening for meaningless talk. Add coffee
Whatever you do, just add coffee

Pretend it's a summer afternoon

This is me pretending. Shrimp and a glass of wine I can do. I did.

Light: candles and dark spaces

This is me using natural light at night. Candle corners keep the room warm-lit.

Stars in Stripes: "owl wear those stripes"

This is me letting myself be inspired by ModCloth's clever item names when giving a title to this post.
The star in stripes is the owl this time. I don't know who launched the necklace model, but it caught on like wildfire. And stayed in style, like a loyal companion.

Took the photo myself
